Travelling with my family and relatives, we booked two apartments at Melbourne Holiday Apartments. Communication was excellent, and the apartments exceeded our expectations in terms of size, cleanliness, and views. The location, next to the River Yarra and with easy access to central Melbourne via the free tram, was perfect. The nearby food outlets and well-stocked grocery store were also very convenient. We enjoyed our time in Melbourne and the surrounding areas, such as the Great Ocean Road and Phillip Island.

Every time I visit, I choose this place without hesitation. They once returned my forgotten shower bag. It suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, Flat-screen TV, and a Fitness centre. I always come back for a wonderful city break.

The hotel had a charming and cozy atmosphere with elegant decorations that made me feel right at home. The common areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for someone like me, with comfortable seating and clear pathways, making it easy for senior people to move around. It was a pleasure to relax and enjoy the hotel's beautiful surroundings.

I would have appreciated if the children working there could have been a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests. Just a little more assistance and consideration would have made our vacation even better.

Clean and uncomplicated design. Perfect location - close to the walking bridge to South Bank restaurants. Great insights into the local area. Excellent leisure facilities - including pool - sauna - steam room, and fitness center. Friendly and welcoming staff - with free parking and late checkout available on request.

i had generous-sized, huge room with smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge etc were much appreciated.

Beautiful apartment in a good area. Room was huge with an oven and all comforts, for instance. Staff was helpful and attentive, I loved it.

Great river view and convenient location near tram stop. Well-appointed apartment with comfortable bed and clean rooms. Accessible to Etihad, city, Southern Cross station. Delicious breakfast at Boat Builders. Easy walking along the river.

Its very central location was convenient to Docklands Stadium. A microwave, an air conditioning, and an iron where available at all times.

Rooms were a little small.

I keep coming back to this place because it has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, a dryer, and an electric kettle. The staff even helped me find a local taxi. It's perfect for me. The fitness center, spa center, and indoor swimming pool are nice bonuses. I'll be back for Christmas!

It was located in a very relaxing area right near the free tram. The staff were all really helpful.

The room at Melbourne Holiday Apartments Flinders Wharf was so cozy and comfy, I felt like I was at home. I loved having my own private balcony with a cute outdoor setting, perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning. The in-room plasma screen and sound system were a bonus for watching my favorite shows and movies.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the air conditioning. But hey, that's just my preference.

The location was absolutely perfect, with easy access to public transport and just a short walk to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. The apartment was cozy and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the dark blinds that allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. Having a washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment was a great convenience, especially when traveling with kids. Despite it being winter, the apartment was surprisingly warm throughout the night. The kids loved their stay, and we all enjoyed the lovely view of the Yarra River. I highly recommend Melbourne Holiday Apartments for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It's beautiful apartment close to many great restaurants, the Entertainment and Convention Centre and cafes and bars, greatly enjoyed it.

Well, the bathroom was a little tired.

Great location for exploring the city and enjoying the nearby restaurants. Tram system was easily accessible and made getting around convenient. The apartment had all the necessary amenities like a kitchen and washing machine, which were helpful for a week-long stay. The view of the river was also a nice touch and added to the overall experience.

The breakfast provided was a bit disappointing as it consisted of a do-it-yourself basket of groceries. It would have been better to have the option to purchase our own groceries to have more food choices and reduce costs.
